"Rooms at this hotel were great for the price. It appears to be a fairly new hotel, therefore, in good shape. Night staff that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The disappointing part was the breakfast. I understand that we're in an economy that is tightening down and food costs have gone up, however, here's the rest of the story! We got to the buffet at 8:00 which should still have plenty of time for food to be out right? WRONG! We entered the dining room to see all of the house keeping staff sitting at the tables eating breakfast. That would have been okay however there was no food for the guest. I shot pictures to show how little food there was. Yet in the back room or the staff keeps the food they were boxes of fruit with fruit in them and beautiful pastries that were never put out on the food line. Who are they keeping them for if not the guest? The owner of this hotel will be alerted as I'm sure his food cost is up but it's not going in the bellies of the customers I'm afraid!"

"This was our go to for when we came to see our dear friends in Yukon, but our Christmas Eve was anything short of relaxing and enjoyable. We have stayed here at least 5 times in the last 2 years and it’s our last. The power went out in the middle of the night and as a result, the room got uncomfortably hot and there was nothing we could do. When I reported this information in the morning, I was told I “didn’t call and tell anyone.” The power was out… of course you didn’t hear the phone ringing. (I did try to call thinking there might be a backup line for emergencies, there was not) We were upstairs and the lights were out in the hallway. I was told I “should have come to the lobby for help.” Hello! It was the middle of the night, I’m not going downstairs in the dark for a power outage in a hotel. When I asked to be reimbursed for at least this awful night I was told no. Just “we will let our manager know.” Lastly, the breakfast was actually awful. Which is surprising because it was good the last 4 times we stayed! I suppose the kitchen staff is over it, to where the eggs were extremely undercooked, salty and the biscuits were stale. The sausage was undercooked and hard to chew. Essentially we threw away our breakfasts which was a real letdown because we were actually looking forward to this. I’m just shocked it’s fallen so much in a short amount of time and the lack of service/empathy for CHRISTMAS EVE is wild. Last time we stay here."

"For the price, you can't beat the value of the Sleep Inn & Suites. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. While the hotel doesn't offer many frills, it's a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The central location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"Stayed at this property while working in the area. The front desk was very welcoming and courteous. Rooms were clean, some minor issues in shower, and some sheets, but I always travel with my own blankets. Other than that, the property is well maintained and clean. The parking lot is well lit and safe. Plenty of restaurants, and shops near bye . I'd definitely rebook and recommend."
