"This is the best RV park we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at quite a few all over the US! We stayed here 4 months and absolutely loved it here. It’s a gated community, for a $50 deposit you can get a gate opener, which we received our full deposit back upon departure after returning the opener. This made it so nice when it was raining to just be able to use the opener. There is a pond with pergola and bench underneath which was nice to sit underneath in the evenings and a deer feeder in the field, you could occasionally see a deer or two. They have a very nice laundry facility with an ice machine and a soda machine, it also has a shower if you need it. There’s a free air hose outside the laundry facility which is very convenient. The park has free wi-fi and security cameras and each spot wide enough for several vehicles. We were able to park 3 vehicles and a trailer plus our Motorhome in our pull through site alone. Each site has a concrete pad with a picnic table as well. The park does have an above ground which we did not utilize only because it was winter and a small playground with a basketball goal. Very quiet and clean park, you always see the owner Chris out maintaining it and he is always friendly when out and about. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, secure park to stay in then this is your place! It will always be Old Towne RV Park us!!"

"I have lived at Old Towne RV park for over a year. This has been a fantastic experience. There is a gated security access . The owner Chris and his family live in a nice house on the property. 35 acres. Chris has been great to work with. Anytime I’ve had a problem , Chris has been right there. Less then 10 minutes from WinStar World Casino and I35. Great for overnight or as long as you want."

"Stayed here for about 4 months.. But during my stay at about 2 months I left for the weekend and came back to my window being broken out on my new travel trailer..Spoke to the owner Chris about the incident and he acted like he didn't know anything.. He has cameras all over the property. He wouldn't let me review the cameras. He then told me that I should claim it on my insurance which I did. He owed me about $450 when I checked out because I only stayed 4 days into the month.. He only gave me$150 back. This guy is no good..I recommend staying at WINSTAR"

"Very helpful host. Sites are gravel (4 star) but most relatively level. Fair amount of space between sites & a decent pool/playground area. Lots of burrs in the grassy areas so a little rough walking dogs. Not sure you can get away from burrs in this area of the country. Overall a pleasant stay."
