"Housekeeping Josey and Jessie made a Coach Bus Driver feel welcome in their hotel they both where able to still fix me breakfast when I arrive late AND was able to still get me in a room ... 10/10 and front desk Alexis she was sooo kind to insure I will still get a room BEST SERVICE thank you ladies see ya next month"

"I am having a bit of an issue with getting the hotel to refund a stay that was cancelled upwards of three weeks prior to the date reserved. I was not able to recall the name of the person I spoke with to cancel this far out, and I didn’t have a cancellation number. We are in hotels on average 5-6 times per month, and never have problems such as these. After waiting almost a week to speak to the woman I was told to speak with, I am now waiting for a call back from the general manger in hopes that they will make this right. We have several other stays planned there for ourselves and clients, I would hate to have to change all of those reservations in fear that billing won’t handled appropriately should plans change. I Will update with the outcome, until then I would just be cautious at this property if there is a chance at your plans changing. Update: a charming response posted here, but still no contact from managment as requested."
