"If I could give negative stars I would. In May if 2022 we ordered our sons youth football jersey. Our jersey never arrived for the entire season. We called weekly inquiring about the status of the jersey and when it would be in, our coach called as well. Gorfam would always tell us they could see the shipping and tracking numbers and that the jersey would be there in the next few days. It NEVER came in. The entire season our son had to share a number with another teammate from a loaner jersey. 2023 football season comes around, we go to Gorfam and order another jersey thinking surely this year he’ll finally get his jersey. No, we’re two games into the season and my son still doesn’t have his jersey. The weekly calls to gorfam inquiring about the status of the jersey result in the same lies we’ve listen to for 14 months. They always claim they can see the tracking and the shipping numbers and the jersey will be in soon. For two football seasons my son has had to share a number with another teammate. We don’t have a choice but to use this company for our uniforms as it is the chosen company by our youth football organization. I would never recommend using this company if you have a choice."

"I don’t know of one star is low enough. 3 times they ordered our sons uniforms within 8 weeks, and 3 times got it wrong. They were told at sizing, and each time we went in or called, and still ordered wrong EVERY single time. Wouldn’t respond to emails and wouldn’t return calls or call when they said they would. I hope I don’t ever have to do business with them again, if they ever get this right. It has been a huge disappointment!"
