"I am on a road trip and just went to spend the night. I arrived without a reservation and the attention at the front desk was very friendly. I was happily surprised by this hotel as my room was very clean and had nice amenities. Very comfortable and really had a good night sleep."

"By far the rudest front desk staff I’ve ever encountered over decades of travel. Booked room online, indicated a pet. Got a call claiming room is unavailable because it’s “under maintenance” but they have others - conveniently at a higher rate, so won’t honor the original rate. Watch out for questionable practices. For same rates you can find better hotels within 2 minute drive without the bonus of rudeness. We’ve stayed here several times in the past, never again."
