"Good selection, terrible staff. Walked around the store on 3/11 at 2pm with maybe 5-8 other customers. One employee walked by me in the irons section, made eye contact and kept walking. 3 employees were in one of the bays just hangin out. I went straight to Golf Galaxy and bought my QI irons. Don't shop here if you need help."

"Went to the super store to buy golf clubs, neat and clean place, a lot of golf gear. But sales people who are totally disinterested. Tried a shoe, no one came to ask if I need a different size, stood in the hitting bay the staff did not acknowledge my presence kept on talking amongst themselves. So I left without any merchandise. Did not want to bother the staff who were not helping any other customers or busy."

"I purchased a Tour Golf and Tennis package for $149.00. I was supposed to get unlimited practice sessions for a year. I go down 3 or 4 times to the hitting bay after scheduling a time on line. I go today and the 20 year old manager tells me I only get a 20% discount. Apparently my local store is some kind of test store. He said my membership doesn't apply to their hitting bays since they are trackman bays. He said all my membership entitles me to is hitting in net, which their store doesn't have. Of course they don't tell you that when you sign up. I went back and looked at the terms and conditions and there is a section about the 20% only, but you have no idea which store that would apply to. I called customer service today and canceled my membership and they are supposed to refund me. Not happy PGA. Make you membership terms and conditions clear at inception."

"Very nice and clean store, I had no idea this store even existed until I walked out of Golf USA after getting my clubs regripped. After a quick walk through looking at prices I can see why I am the only shopper in the store. They are to proud for my dollar."
