"I have only been going to Club Pilates for about 6 weeks. At 62 the core and hip strength I have gained has finally solved my lower back pain. I really am not good at stretching at home and love all of the stretching in Pilates. I am so relaxed when I leave, it’s pretty amazing. It seems the classes and times I have gone Lisa has been the instructor and she does a great job explaining the moves. I play quite a bit of Pickle ball and Pilates is something my daughter took me with her to try. Honestly, I was so surprised how much I enjoyed it."
