"you walk into the store, no greetings. no one asks for help. they don’t even say “excuse me” when they are shoving past you in small isles to put merchandise back. the people who work here are extremely rude. specifically a shorter, white older woman. if you don’t like your job, quit. but don’t be rude to customers. i’ve never walked out a store being so frustrated with the staff, so this is a first for me."

"The shoe displayed a price of $24.98 but at the register i was charged a different amount, as a customer it is not my fault that the employees put the wrong price in front of the item, when presented the issue to the employee and the manager Kathy did not try to resolve the issue and was very rude and dismissive.I would have kept the product since it was already purchased BUT because of the manager Kathy nasty attitude and trying to switch the signs AFTER I told her the issue (and that second sign wasn’t even the price of what was on my receipt so what’s really going on ) I just decided to make a return. I’ve never experienced this before and plan to file ANOTHER complaint about the manager Kathy because that was very disturbing and I’ve spend a decent amount of money in that establishment to be treated like that.I didn’t come to shop and argue with management I went there to get my child birthday presents never again hell no"
