"Absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming for about 5 months and it has changed my life! I was a complete newbie to Pilates and Claudette was the most amazing teacher ever. Since starting I’ve even gone to other places while traveling and they are not the same! She takes her time with everyone and helps you learn not only the correct moves but teaches you to understand the “why” behind each breath and move. I’ve done both mat Pilates and reformer work with her and both are amazing. I am a huge gym girl and these workouts have retrained me on how to use my body with lifting, ab work, more defined core area, and helped fix my lower back pain! Can not recommend enough!"
