"My daughter has been at SSDA for 2 years, starting at 3, attending tiny tot ballet, tiny tot tap, the family dance (aka daddy daughter dance), and participated in the summer camps. She loved all of it but she always says she loves watching the big kids when you ask her what she loves most about dance. The recitals are beautiful and I get why she loves watching the older kids too. The music, choreography, and skills are fun and captivating. Southstar Dance Academy is one of our favorite establishments in Lawton. The staff is so friendly and Ms Shaelyn is very patient with the little dancers. My child enjoys dancing because of this studio. She grew bored of so many other activities but SSDA has held her attention week after week. We are so sad to move bc SSDA has given us great memories but if and when we move back to Oklahoma, we know we'll be back at SSDA."
