"Had my wedding at this venue on Saturday. Absolutely loved everything about it. I am confused by all the bad reviews.. I think I had a million questions and got answers within the same day. Management was extremely kind and understanding the entire time. Yes there are rules in the contract that you have to follow.(not their fault if you don’t follow them) Best day ever. BEAUTIFUL venue for outdoor evening weddings. Will most likely have a baby shower here one day. Nothing bad to say. There are upgrades, if you don’t get them/pay for them.. don’t expect them. And yes they have the balcony room upstairs locked, but told me they would unlock it if I told them ahead of time for pictures. (The room is used for other events). I think that’s it, 10/10 would recommend."

"Venue itself is lovely. Beautiful house & scenery. Unfortunately both weddings I’ve attended here have had issues with the owners lack of communication and effort. With how much money people pay for a venue the entire property should be available to use. A room was locked & the bride had really wanted photos on the balcony."

"Very pretty venue with lots of space and bathrooms. Having said that. Apparently the bride and groom had a less than ideal experience with the management, they never got to meet the owners and were replied to very condescendingly when they left their own review. The venue is nice, but the management should probably be replaced before I'd be able recommend."

"Beautiful venue. Sits right on main street in Broken arrow, Oklahoma. I was there for a friend's wedding but we couldn't stop raving about the venue. Lots of space in front and back. What looks like a fully built barn is actually open on the sides and back for even more space or doubles as shelter if it rains the day of your event. Loved it!"
