"Drops your coverage for bogus reasons. "Your income changed." No, it didn't. "You're not a resident of this state." Then why am I getting mail from you at my Oklahoma address? In my opinion, they are looking for reasons to drop you so that they don't have to pay for your healthcare. Par for the course for a red state to think human beings don't need healthcare."

"I would like to know why they hire people like Janisty from the help line. She was rude, threatening me not to transfer my call just because she can! What the hell is wrong with employees? Literally talking to me like she's a gangsta. Damn, where did you learn how to speak. Talking to me like you was .......hahah. How rude, passed 5 so now they closed after waiting 40min. She didn't do her job, she was rude and hung up on me. She literally spent 2 minutes running her mouth instead of transferring me, she new I wasn't going to be able to get through. Said I was yelling, no honey you have no idea what yelling is. You used your phone and work powers like a dirty government official. Just because I said none of the information was helpful and she got but hurt."

"I don't even have this service and I'm glad. It's a poor excuse of insurance. My fiance had to wait over 3 hours to talk to someone and honestly this is not worth it. Save your time and sanity and take your business elsewhere. This is NOT WORTH IT. I'm surprised it's still standing, based on other reviews of nasty attitude employees, the staff just sitting around not lifting a finger to help others, like they get paid to sit in a chair all day I guess."

"HORRIBLE!!! I have been on hold for 3 hours now. Spoke with one department only to be "transferred" to another. I was "Transferred" 2 hours ago. NOONE answers the phone! Ridiculous! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!"

"Why No one is looking in to this? why are the employees so Unprofessional? Are they not getting paid? what is happening? Can someone look into the issues they have when they speak with people on the phone? I thought this place is for public service!! Very unprofessional employees! if you do not like to work, why don't you QUIT and find something else... Some one really needs to take a look in to how they treat people in here !!"
