"Really terrible insurance company. They're recognized nowhere and the amount of loopholes in the coverage is terrible. Never once was this coverage easy to use and simple. Not to mention you can never get a hold of their reps, and when you do, they're no help. What's even better? When you leave your employer, they send you the bills for the monthly premiums your employer was supposed to pay. The only party that benefits here is the employer. Honestly I bet dollar general has better benefits."
