My doctor has to have a face to face video chat with someone now, again, in order for them to even consider covering the ct scan.Insurance is supposed to help people out and Aetna did NOT get the memo...if you have a choice, do yourself a favor and DO NOT go with Aetna. Huge joke."
"It takes MONTHS AND MONTHS to process a simple claim! I work for an insurance company (not Aetna). We turn around simple claims in days, not weeks, and certainly not months! Customer service is completely non-responsive. I can't even get them to acknowledge I filed a claim."
