"Denied me coverage but they keep calling and send me mail. Please remove me from it all. I might think about changing my review but I have yet to receive my refund from not 1 but 2 payments so until this happens I would give zero stars but one will have to do."
"-***** Where is my payment I've was told on Friday was sent priority mail? Nobody is returning my email, phone calls what's the tracking number? Running Crooked outfits over there. Man up and tell the truth. I lost my place because they couldn't wait any longer. Piece of work. You go home to my your families and your fine. What about the people's lives who depend on what you tell that your gonna do and you dont? That's messed up. I will never ever get globe life. Keep my.policy that have with another company. Negative -***** stars. So I have a policy, that I'm trying to surrender. I'm having a hardship, I urgently need the money as I'm homeless with 2 kids. I started working on this since January. Everytime I call I find out new information, something else that I need to do to complete this rather easy task. On your website is shows 1 person as the owner of the policy and she tried to transfer ownership to me as I'm well over 21. For 2 weeks I received emails saying "we cannot comply". 3 weeks later I found out that the owner was my deceased grandmother. As I'm having a hardship living out of my vehicle with kids. now I have to scrounge up the money to try and get a non-certified indeath certificate. The county where my grandmother died is an hour away. I figured Since Globe doesn't require a certified copy I figured the death record would do. I sent that 2 weeks ago. I guess nobody checks the company email. They had no record that I sent it untill I said something. This is ridiculous. I talked to gentleman 2 weeks ago that told me everything was in line to surrender. I waited for my check as I really need it. If I had not called the other day to check on my payment it would still be in limbo. Do the employees do work? no they don't, not even put notes your account when you call. Yesterday I found out now I need to put something in writing stating I want to surrender my policy. Why don't they tell you all the information at 1 time. Something that could have been done in a few days has taken a month. I need that money to secure a place for my children and myself. Indo t want my payment mailed. I want it wired to my account. Cashing would could too much. I had 1 manger call me back I dont think she was listening. I sent in my signed letter stating I want to surrender the policy. I'm waiting for the manager to call back to let me know if some department will except the state death record. Ridiculous."
"Why won't you reply to my E-mail. I sent the information you wanted a week ago.I would give negative stars if I could. I have had insurance on both children for probably 25 plus years. They are comfortably on their own now. Decided not to pay anymore. Since May 10th we have been trying to surrender one son's policy. No luck. Hours on the phone. They can not talk to me because I am not the "owner". But my son has talked to them at least 4 or 5 times. They always say 21 days until surrender check will come. Never does. At one point they sent a paper letter to be returned. The only information they ask for is signature, date and ss number. The letter is cheesy and no return envelope not even an address to send it back to. The only address is Globe life center Oklahoma City. Why should someone risk sending ss number through the mail to God knows where? And why do you not assign an agent to a particular situation instead of having to talk to several different "agents" that are obviously working from home. So, since I pay the policies yearly my other son's policy came yesterday. I e-mailed him the policy he called. And now he has joined the circus."
"They keep denying my son coverage because of a mistake THEY made on my son's application on his health. I have told them several times that it's incorrect And they say they have to send the application off to underwriting and it comes back denied. I have re-applied several times trying to get my son coverage."
"I have tried to have Globe Life send me a change of beneficiary form for almost 18 days now with my son but no luck. They said they would email one but they didn't. They said they would mail one but haven't received it yet. My son did however receive 3 new application packets in the mail for a new policy. My son has tried to set up my online access but once again, NO LUCK! For anyone elderly like myself please look elsewhere for life insurance. You will be thankful that you did."
