Cicis Pizza

"This is a standard CiCi's as it has been through the years. The service was excellent . Top notch. Two busses of kids came in while we were there and the buffet aera was small so we could not get anymore pizza but this is just to be expected with that many kids and pizza. We will definitely go back again."

"Walked in to an empty buffet... been here 15 mins and they are having a hard time keeping up with the flow of people coming in. I asked for a refund, bc when I walk into a buffet, I expect it to be stocked. I have plenty of experience in the food service industry. You know your rush times and should prepare accordingly. Waiting empty handed is not a buffet experience you expect. They gave me the refund and I appreciate that. Still upset with my experience."

"The pizza was as usual, a good medium pizza for the price. The atmosphere is table and chairs and Booths. The big attraction is the playroom for kids, it is awesome. Each kid had $5 that paid for 3 games each. When we arrived the restaurant wasn't busy, maybe 4 tables being used. They only had two different pizzas out. The other pans were empty. They were very slow at keeping the pans full. Most of the time the serving areas looked like the pictures posted, no pizza's, pasta or sauce. The Bavarian pizza desert isn't near as good as the way it was made 25 years ago. It's made totally different."

"I’ve been going to this location for years and for the last 5 years we make it a tradition to go there for Halloween before we go trick or treating. I’ve never seen everything so empty at 530pm and nothing new being made we had to all order special pizzas to even have any kind of pizza at all they only had maybe 3 pizzas out and one looked like it was very old and dried out. I was just very disappointed and shocked. They use to have a manger there and employees that cared a lot and it never looked like that"

"We went around 1130 on a Sunday. The pizza was nice and hot but there were not many dessert options. Their promotion is the pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls so that's all they had out besides brownies."
