"Got a quote over the phone , got up there it was different, ok , she went in back room IT CHANGED AGAIN !! Left ,had someone else's car on my card ??? Called to fix , SHE HOLLORS AT ME TELLS ME THATS WHAT I GAVE , ANYONE KNOW VIN NUMBERS OF ANYONE ELSES CAR ??? SO I CALLED PROGRESSIVE WHO MY POLICY IS WITH , THEY TELL ME A SHOULD HAVE PAID SOMETHING " CHEAPER" AND ARE SENDING ME A REFUND, SHE TOLD THEM IT CHANGED BECAUSE OF THEIR FEE , SO THEIR FEE CAN CHANGE AT WILL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF , IS HOW AI WILL TAKE YOUR JOB !!!!!!!"
