Reviews
"Wonderful. Unexpected. A museum that can be fully explored in an hour or so. The exhibits were intimate and informative. A real picture of life on the prairie. Our stuffed chicken, Gregory Peck, loved it too!"
"It was so interesting to see the sod house. Today was special as they had live Christmas music, drinks & cookies. My 7 year old Granddaughter enjoyed learning about Oklahoma history. We all did. They took us for a tour & explained what life was like there in that time. They also had a root cellar. There was a lot to learn. They had a great presentation!"
"This was such an incredibly cool place to visit! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Museum is well designed and played out. Seeing such an historic structure as originally built, with original artifacts and the story behind them all, is an amazing experience. A true hidden gem!"
"Really cool place! My great-great grandparents actually lived in a sod house in Oklahoma in 1900, so this was really cool to see. I highly recommend it!"
"This museum is too cool not to see. The sod house is inside a building, the displays are so good. The lady that told us about the house and progression of the house was so good. Get an eye opening look at what life on the Oklahoma prairie was like back in the land run time. It is a definite return when in the area. “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6"
