"The security staff chooses to disregard federal laws protecting disabled individuals. I was told my service dog was not allowed anywhere on the property. When I quoted the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) the security guard was triggered. The red faced guard stated he did not care about anything I said. He then aggressively escorted me and my dog from the property stating they have their own (illegal) policies that override federal laws and regulation."
