Got up there at 7:30 and door dash got there right before I did. Food was cold. Short lady and red headed girl got an attitude. "Don't do it! I had a coupon for a free large pizza (that I got because they screwed my previous order up so bad). So, I ordered a large pan pizza. I got a medium hand tossed. The employees could not be bothered to come to the window, hubby had to park and go in to get my wrong pizza I called the area manager. He never called me back. I will not be giving the "new management" of the Lindsay Pizza Hut another chance."

"pizza hut over the last year and a half has under cooked, burnt, not sauced or cheesed and not season things we order. they messed up one of our so bad that we didn't get our food for four hours, they offered us a refund and a free order in the future and didn't follow through on either I'm sick and tired of how the pizza hut in town treats its customers. this time they did not season my melts because of course they didn't its not like I very simply order 2 of the exact same item or anything and absolutely nothing else... I have never had this happen to me at any other pizza hut, every time they say they are gonna refund us and never do they'll tell us to wait a certain amount of days the say oh we can't do anything about that cause it's been to long, ridiculous."

"This place isn't worth your time or money. I may sound like a Karen, but EVERY time I come here something is wrong with my order. One of the guys there named Cory is fantastic and always fixes or credits my order, but I shouldn't have to call and complain to get my order correct. The mobile app also doesn't reflect what is actually currently available in the store."
