"This Ross location was much like many of the other locations. They were probably a bit more organized than many store locations, and items were fairly easy to find. As always, they have a great selection of dresses, which are priced fairly. One thing that they didn't have very many of were professional suit jackets, which was my purpose for visiting. The line was a bit lengthy, but I think that goes with many of the Ross locations. I would definitely return if I were in need of dresses, casual clothing or other home good products."

"My complaint is with the manager of the store. I was there yesterday, which was a Tuesday, and spent $166. Later that night, a friend mentioned that Ross gives 10% discounts on Tuesdays to people age 55 and over. I was unaware of this discount at the time of my purchase. I went back today with my receipt and asked that the discount be applied. The manager refused. Wow, great customer service."

"The Bryan location is backed up, (at least the 3-4 times I’ve visited it was) lines too long. Seems like management would rather have less people “on the clock” than decent customer service. Selections are also sub par."

"I had to misfortune of having to use the restroom in the Ross Dress For Less in College Station. I understand they don't sell groceries but there has to be some type of health inspection for the bathrooms, am I wrong. I'm pretty sure they haven't been cleaned in months. The chart showing when they had been cleaned last was not even posted anymore. Yuck is all I have to say. Two stars only because I do like there sales, but really that store needs cleaned up...."
