"6 months ago: I took my cat Angel to this cat clinic today for a follow up appointment. I was taking him elsewhere until they overcharged me for his appointment and had me treat an ear infection with dog medicine costing $80! I've also tried one other veterinarian hospital, trying to find a good place to bring my cats. This Cat Clinic of Norman is awesome! My cat was happy during his visit, and Dr. Elenore did an amazing job! She did a thorough check up and noticed minor gingivitis and chin acne on my poor cat, and told me exactly what to do to take care of both. That's something I feel my last vet should have noticed. 6 months later: My cat Angel saw Eleanor again, after having urination issues, and she diagnosed him with FIC and gave us a great treatment plan (seeing photo if you're interested)! I also loved that she was very knowledgeable about his condition. It's wonderful to see him happy again too! I couldn't be happier having come here. They always do a great job making sure my cats are comfortable and happy. The wait isn't too long either. They're also friendly and affordable, which is very important for me having three cats. "Doctor and staff keep my senior cat healthy and happy. Everybody is always kind and gentle towards her. Blood results are ready within a day or two. My only complaint: sometimes strange, possibly homeless people loiter outside and ask for money. Not the clinic's fault."

"I brought my sick cat in an hour before close and these ladies stayed late to make sure he was taken care of and comfortable. He’s a grumpy boy and they treated him gently and with so much kindness. Not a single complaint about staying late or that he was acting so rotten. I couldn’t be more thankful for finding them. Every person I encountered had such a pleasant disposition & genuine empathy for this worried cat mom and her baby."

"Customer service is absolutely phenomenal. The receptionist brought out a towel with feline pheromones sprayed on it to cover my cats cage and help him calm down-just out of kindness:) They brought a treat out after my kitten had his work done and made sure he was comfortable. You can really tell that they care about your cat, maybe even more than the owner and that’s a good thing! Could not say enough good things - a tiny bit pricey but absolutely 100% worth it for the service you receive for your animal!!"
