"I had to walk out before I did something somene would regret. This was at 3:20 pm. on Friday, March 8, 2024. Super rude. The workers came out from the back and this raunchy looking woman about 40 years old asked me what size of sandwich I wanted. I told her there would be four sandwiches. She asked me, "what size?" before I could say anything she repeated, "what size, 6 inch or foot long?" Then I said, "ma'am.......", but she interrupted me. Here's what she did: she put her hands up and said little one or big one and showed me with her hands the difference between little and big. I'm over 50 years old. I know when someone is trying to get a beat down. So I just turned around and walked out. I've seen the reviews. This place is trash, and it's the owner's fault because he or she does nothing about it. It's also dangerous for the employees."
"Probably one of the worst experiences at subway. Forgetting ingredients. Telling me things don't exist on the menu like a BLT sandwich so they'll have to double charge me for bacon. Didn't heat up the bacon. Asked for a BMT salad. Boxes it up before putting any meat on it. Acts surprised when I asked if we could put the requested meat on it. They were nice people. I was rushed through the line and instructions just were ignored. Then they wanted a tip...."
"Clean subway inside the gas station - have place to sit. The server was helpful. Made my sandwich perfect."
"Terrible customer service, slightly rude even. Also charged me for bacon but didn't put it on and refused to do anything about it. UPDATE: I have been a couple times recently and had a pretty normal experience. I am changing my rating to 3 stars."
"The trainee tonight was awesome, she was trying to give good customer service but the trainer was rude and has no idea what customer service is. There is no circumstances where it's okay to speak to another person, especially a paying customer the way he did, were just trying to get a sandwich, it's not life or death."
