Turned away a very sick animal owned by a now former client because the owner is fixed income and asked if they could work with them (they got paid in a couple days and even offered to put a card on file or post dated check) so their animal didn’t die. They said “no we need payment immediately” and hung up."

"I first found this place because a sick stray needed urgent care. What can I say? I'm a sucker for stray cats. They saw her that day, and we got her the treatment she needed. My "well visit" veterinarian closed recently, and I've transferred all of my fur babies here, even though it's a 45-minute drive. The team is knowledgeable and compassionate. When I brought my 18 year old cat in, I was worried she wouldn't last another week. Now, she's enjoying her life again thanks to her arthritis shot. Totally worth it to hear her purr again!"
