Panera Bread

"I'd ordered something very specific and told them how important it was to me over the phone and to go. Only 10 minutes remained before they closed. Instead of letting me know upon my arrival they were out of that item and had substituted it, they gave me my order, said not a word and let me find out when I opened my sack of food upon arriving at home. Of course the restaurant had already closed so I had no way of calling them. They absolutely ruined my dinner and quite frankly, I never wish to return."

"Kevin was rude over the phone just. And then in restaurant walked around very arrogantly raising his hands in the air passive aggressively to gain the attention of his employees while glaring at them, instead of using his words like an actual adult. Don’t come to this location and allow that rude behavior to be acceptable. It was inappropriate and disgusting."

"I placed an order for delivery and paid $13 for a sandwich that is pitiful. There’s hardly any chicken on it, I asked for extra bbq sauce and there’s barely any. I also asked for spicy pickles and there’s not one on my sandwich but I was sure charged extra for them. Panera is way too expensive to be making your food look this horrible! What a rip off!! Right in the garbage because that’s what it tastes like!"

"This was my first time here & the lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful!I got the pick 2. I got the chicken salad sandwich and chicken and rice soup. I never get soup but it sounded good today. Everything tasted great. I was just disappointed because of the portion sizes. Which is my own fault for the choice I made & nothing to do with the restaurant. My sandwich was only like 4-5 bites after I took the tomato off. There was the saddest, smallest scoop of chicken salad…..I was still so hungry after eating all my food. I ended up eating half of the sandwich my grandma got and still had to get some fries from another place on the drive home to be satisfied. I am pregnant and was just super hungry. But like I said, I was very surprised/disappointed by the portion sizes. Next time I’ll have to order a full size sandwich and some Mac n cheese. Which will probably be $20 just for me. I love their healthier choices and fresh ingredients but I just don’t know if it’s worth coming back. My gma got the full size buffalo chicken melt sandwich and a Cesar salad. Her sandwich was pretty good, nothing too special. Her meal was around $16, mine was $10-ish. I didn’t get a pic of hers."
