Jenks Pediatric Dental

"My daughter went and had some dental work done at Jenks Pediatric. They did a fantastic job while we were there. Staff was very friendly and seemed thorough. However, two weeks later they refused to send her X-Rays to the Orthodontist. These weren't even Jenks Pediatric X-Rays to began with. We wanted to avoid having our daughter obtain X-Rays again (Pointless Exposure). When I called Jenks Pediatric Dentist and they stated we would need a release form. So I had the Orthodontist staff try to contact them to request the X-Rays. Clearly we had the Orthodontist approval because they were the ones calling. The lady on the phone was not friendly or nice and they did not provide "Patient Records" as was requested by the patient and the Orthodontist Staff."

"I can not emphasize enough to get a second opinion. We visited this practice yesterday, and felt like something was off. This was our very first visit and they were running 30 minutes behind. The entire waiting room filled up quickly, I wasn't for sure how they were going to manage. They were very short staffed. Once they got us back there, they only went by each family, not by patient. Then, came the dentist. My son had his teeth evaluated, they wanted to do an extreme amount of dental work to his mouth. It was going to be extremely expensive and I felt like that was a lot for him to handle. It went from managing his cavities, to pulling not one, but four teeth. Thankfully, I got a second opinion the next day. The other practice assured us he did not need that much dental work and we did not need to go to that extreme. If you feel like something is off, please get a second opinion."

"Great experience. Easy to book an appointment, kind to my children, dental work was done in the office and not sent off to elsewhere. Also best part is… it wasn’t super busy and chaotic like many dentists in town."

"Great friendly, knowledgeable staff. Really patient with kids and parents! They have TVs on the ceiling to help the kids relax while they lay back. My daughter likes the waiting area. We haven't experienced any long waits. They send reminders via text too which I always appreciate."
