"Such a wonderful experience! My 3 year old got her first pair of glasses here and they were so helpful and gentle with her. Highly recommend!"
"Dr Kali Cole got my daughter in for a same day appointment after we were referred by the pediatrician. She was prompt and professional in diagnosing her and putting us at ease. Great experience!"
"I really appreciated the time and patience that Dr. Cole provided for my son. Since his appointment she has also done a great job with a questions and concerns with allergies or allergic reactions. We have even been seen by Dr. Hansen and also had a great experience with her caring for my son as well. I recommend Dr.Cole/Dr. Hansen and Blink optical to anyone for their eye care needs."
"Out of all the doctor's offices in Tulsa, this was the least family-friendly & most disappointing pediatric doctor's office I have ever experienced with my children, and we never even saw the Doctor! I am a working mother who took off work to take my two children to their first eye Dr. appointment today, which we waited months to attend based on the Dr.'s limited availability. The confirmation text I received said our appt was at 3:15pm. Upon our arrival at 3:10pm, the front desk said we were late for a 3pm appointment. Shocked but in an attempt to help correct the matter for them (as us moms do!), I told the front desk I could hustle down the street and get my other child earlier than anticipated, and leave my eldest there to start his appointment. They said that was fine so long as I completed all the paperwork first. I questioned that approach, explaining it will take me even longer to get my other child there if they required me to complete all the paperwork right now, but they said I had to in order for my eldest to be seen while I was gone. So, I did as I was asked, which took me several more minutes, and then I left to get my other child. When I returned at 3:30pm, they refused to see EITHER of my children because "we were now 15 minutes late, they had other patients to see," and oh by the way "my eldest could not be seen while I was gone because a parent must be present to see the Doctor." Keep in mind, my eldest had been there on time and for the entire 10 minutes I was gone with his completed paperwork waiting to be seen. Additionally, the front desk TOLD me to complete the paperwork BEFORE I left specifically so that my eldest could be seen while I ran 10 mins down the street to get my other child. If this office requires both children to arrive at the same time even though they have different appointment times, so that a parent can attend, that should be communicated, instead of leading parents to believe the exact opposite. And in the absence of accurate communication from the front office, the deference should be given to the patients and their parents! The most disappointing part about this entire "front desk failure in patient communication and customer service" is that it took a total of 20 minutes to lose two new patients. From the time we first arrived (5 minutes early) to the time this office refused to see us, it was just 20 minutes. Just 20 minutes to discover 1 child was early, there had been a scheduling snafu with the 2nd, to force the parent to complete paperwork before she could go get the 2nd child, only to turn both away in the end. There is also a little irony here in that Doctor's offices are notorious for running behind, and unless Dr. Cole is the most efficiently run doctor's office in the universe and NEVER runs late, I'm guessing her patients wait at least 15 minutes or more for their appointments. And yet her front desk could not effectively solve a scheduling snafu in that same amount of time for 2 new patients, who were there and ready to be seen. My kids were so excited to see Dr. Cole today, but unfortunately, after today, I would not recommend any parents / families waste their time scheduling an appointment for their kids here until improvements are made with scheduling and patient/customer service at the front desk."
"I'm a dummy and showed up for my daughter's 330 appt at 1230(I thaught it was at 1230).. and the staff fit me into the schedule. Annie and the rest of the staff are always accommodating and friendly. A+ service and the quality of care is awesome, they take great care of my princess..."
