"My daughter had a sleep study ordered, and I called to see when I could schedule it. My five stars go to Jennifer M. She was AMAZING. She called the insurance company, then contacted me right after. She then sent me an email with my daughter’s schedule dates (2 part study), & times. SHE WAS IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH ME ALL AFTERNOON. And, I know it gets so busy at the end of the year, meaning she took time to still care for us. Which, nowadays, is unheard of. I’m a nurse, & can tell when staff anywhere truly cares about their patients’ health. She’s wonderful at her job, friendly, professionally jovial, just a great human being all around. I can’t wait to meet her in person!"
