"Wonderful place to come stay for a while, even better place to live permanently! Very clean park very close to lake Lawtonka, Mt Scott and Medicine Park. Residents are very friendly and helpful. Definitely has a neighborhood feel."

"a place for family oriented folks. it has a well maintained saltwater pool and a house that all can use if your a member. washers & dryers, ice machine. the grass is kept up to notch and is close to the lake with a great view of the Wichita mountains. if you want a spot there you have to really want it because they'r always full. do not bring drugs and bad motives though."

"We have lived here for over 2 years. It is mostly adults that are retired or active duty military. We are the only park on lake lawtonka that has a pool . The clubhouse is beatiful and we'll maintained. The park hosts are friendly and the area is well monitored by cameras. I highly recommend it."
