"Made appointment on line, took the online quiz. Showed up to give blood. Was told that they would not take blood due to my mistake on form date. Sign on door says blood needed due to shortage. Apparently it's no big deal. I offered free blood and it was refused. Very unprofessional staff. I will not be back."

"I donated yesterday and had a very negative experience. Not even a minute after getting the needle in the staff started panicking saying I was getting too pale, but proceeded to keep drawing blood until they got the whole pint, despite constantly talking about how they were afraid I was going to lose consciousness. In the moment I was trusting that the staff knew what they were doing, but after talking to multiple other healthcare workers I was informed that everything was handled extremely wrong. I will not be donating through this organization again."

"I have donated here 4 times now and each time I have been here I have felt welcome, valued and cared for. Everyone has been kind, professional, knowledgeable and overall great! They always have a smile on their face, answer all my questions and treat everyone with respect and kindness. In my time here I have seen a couple of incidents with donors and they were treated quickly, with respect, professionalism, and most of all kindness. The facility is very clean and relaxing. They have several TVs for your entertainment as well as very comfortable chairs and the canteen area is well stocked and very clean. Everyone wears masks and I have always felt safe. I would highly recommend donating any of your blood products here and will be back as scheduled."
