"This office is absolutely horrible. I call probably 15 times before getting one call back. I had a zoom meeting set up to get more prescriptions because they refuse to refill them otherwise….i sat on the zoom for 35 minutes and she didn’t show up. So, over a week later and I still haven’t gotten my meds and still haven’t recieved a phone call back. Save yourself the trouble and go to someone else who answers the phone at the very least :)"

"I have never written a bad review of a business. I am a patient person and I understand when people are busy. I understand that mistakes happen. However, when it comes to psychiatric medication, there's little room for error. I just moved to OKC and was looking for a new psychiatrist to help me continue on my medication journey. Meryl was kind but immediately told me my diagnosis that I spent years searching for was wrong, and that we were going to take me off a medication that has been working just fine. I told her I wasn't sleeping and she immediately started asking me questions about mania with a slow, loud voice like I didn't speak English. Part of my mental illness is that I'm very paranoid, so her doing that has sent me into a spiral of doubt and anxiety about my mental health. They filled my prescriptions, but not correctly. I have an antipsychotic that I take twice daily and she only prescribed enough for once daily. I have had to call the office four times to ask them to send more medication, and I've almost run out. I'm taking one a day now since that's better than running completely out, but it should never have been an issue. I need this medication twice a day. Finding the right psychiatrist is never easy and this has done nothing but heighten my medical anxiety and paranoia. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for care."

"I had an awful experience with a new drug for Bipolar Disorder today. I took three doses of Spravato for the first time. By my third dose, I began to violently throw up to the point of retching for 30 minutes solid. The medical staff was overbooked and very busy. No one checked on me during my last dosage. I couldn’t walk, the door was closed and no one knew I was very sick. I let my dissatisfaction be known. In the process, one of the nurses walked out of my treatment room obviously annoyed. She took it personal. I didn’t know who was responsible for checking up on me. None of the staff responsible for me acknowledged that they screwed up by not checking on me. My husband was not with me either until I called him and told him I was in trouble .I also called the clinic and left a message with the front desk about my condition. I do not recommend a patient to be left alone for more than 10 minutes when administering Spravato. Forty minutes between doses is too long to leave a patient unmonitored."
