"As soon as you walk in the door, you see smiling faces. Everyone is so polite and helpful."
"Since becoming a volunteer when I am eligible to in the state of Oklahoma and Texas. I am not sure if I am allowed to post this or not. Never been told I couldn't. The people who have graced themselves through the doors to help many lives. Thank you for allowing me to be able to help when I can."
"I'm a "hard stick". They extract with great skill. I'm also a big wimp and this location is wimp-friendly. Super clean (fave aspect) and really well air conditioned which is important in Oklahoma as it can be sweltering in summer. They have Gatorade in a can. The snacks are great. It's the little things. I felt like an honored guest. The parking is good"
"This place is wonderful, for the most part. They provide a tasty variety of snacks/drinks for donors, the staff is friendly, and the seating stations are very comfortable with accommodation pillows for the arms and ottomans to help you relax. However extraordinary this experience is, I will not be coming back. It has nothing to do with wanting to or not, but I don't have enough iron in my blood to donate. Despite this fact, and despite the staff testing my blood several times and being below the required levels, I can't get this place to leave me alone. I receive constant emails and phone calls even after telling them that I can't donate for medical reasons. If your blood is OK to donate, this place is lovely; however, you will be expected to return in the future, even if it's unreasonable."
"The ladies at the blood institute top notch people in my opinion. They make sure that you are comfortable and they give you little snacks they are excellent phlebotomist they never miss a vain and best of all I know that when I go when I'm helping somebody with a chance of a better life"
