"I am from South Dakota and was at OKC on a trip. I was shopping for some Men's dress shoes and came across this store. I have never heard of Aldo and was intrigued. The young man at the store was very helpful and kind. He took time to answer questions and I found a shoe that I loved. He did not have it in my size but gave me all the information on it and I have since ordered a pair online. Thank you for your helpful staff, I wish I knew his name, but at least wanted to give your store a thumbs-up!"

"Tried to visit on May 13th, 2022 and there was a sign in the door saying closed. I understand things happen but I was sad because I needed something last minute for an event the same night. Too bad. Hopefully issues have been resolved."

"Nicole was absolutely awesome! We had To get out in horrible weather and my spouse was quite indecisive, she was so pleasant and helpful throughout the experience. She made sure we found the perfect shoe to match his suit and it fit perfectly. She definitely went above and beyond what we came to expect for Customer Service from a mall store I must recommend you ask for Nicole when shopping Aldo"

"Went in on December 1st to return an item I bought online on November 17th. The manager refused to accept returns due to it being the weekend after Black Friday. I asked for the supervisor above her (because my online receipt said it was guaranteed I could return it anytime within 60 days of purchase) and she refused and said to contact customer service. She then proceeds to print out a blank receipt that shows that she can’t accept returns. Sorry, but that’s not a good excuse. This is why stores are failing and moving to online."

"Great selection of shoes for both men and women. Only issue is they do not offer half sizing, which makes me wonder if they actually run smaller or larger? Definitely not true sizing because the fit depends on each style of shoe. As a consumer very disappointing because some of the styles I liked were either too big or too small and didn't fit. Difficult to believe that a company would deliberately loose sales."
