"Went in tonight at 7:56 and the gate was halfway down. Didn't know they were closing at 8:00, so I waited outside thinking the gate was a way for them to limit customers. After waiting a minute to be let in, I ducked into the store, at this point it was 7:57. The woman working said, "We're fixin' to close, that's why I had the gate half way and I'm going to help these people that have already been in here." I asked, "So I can't buy a gift card?" She paused like she was going to say something then just straight up ignored me while I stood there awkwardly. I eventually left. I only came to the mall to buy a gift card for my nephew from Lids. Will not be coming back to this one, ever. I understand it was close to closing time, but they weren't actually closed yet and the way she handled the situation was very rude. Hard pass."
