The Sooner Shop 1185 Asp Avenue, Norman, OK 73069

"I visited Oklahoma for a week and wanted some souvenirs. I found this main campus sooner shop. I was disgusted to find they only offer mainly clothing, none of the cool collectibles or knock knacks I wanted. Walmart had a better selection. I'm from Oregon, and when I go into a Oregon duck or beaver store they sell everything...Oklahoma could learn from Phil Knight. This store is very disappointing"

"Store closed early because employees wanted to go home - this was over family weekend! Store sign read 3pm but the doors were locked at 2:40. A bunch of us ended up knocking on the door till they finally let us in to grab what we needed, took 10 minutes. Terrible, especially since we drove from out of town."

"Terrible! Ordered an item on 8/15. Supposed to receive on 8/17. Complained. Sent again. Still not received. They seem to ship it & have no idea where/what happens after that. You need to stop contracting with On Track. Ridiculous!!"

"We purchased a set of ball makers and several other items at the spring game. The clerk failed to place the ball makers set in the bag with our other purchases. I called on Monday to let them know and was told by Ms Barnett that she would send them out. I called back on Thursday to check the status and was told she was too busy to do it and would TRY next week. Not good business practice for a purchase that was already paid for and it was the store’s failure to include the item on day of purchase. Tells me they don’t care about OU fan support of their shop. SAD to hear as season ticket holders, their own at stadium shop is too BUSY to help us."
