"This was my go to location for Greek paraphernalia in the early 2000s. However, things have really changed. I ordered a custom sweatshirt in august and never received a call as promised. After no firm dates or status updates (just the “we are busy excuse”). I asked for my money back and was given a refund. The business appears to be ran very poorly these days. I was shocked by the customer service. This prompted me to ask if there were new owners. I was told that the same ownership was in place. Terrible experience, I’m really saddened that I couldn’t get the quality and customer service that I had grown accustomed to."

"I have now been waiting 4 FULL MONTHS for a sewing project to be completed by the owner of the Apothem. I am at my wits end and do not know what to do to make them follow through on their promise so I am posting here. I have sent friends in to inquire what the hold up is (I live 1000 miles away, which is not helping me), and they are told the same as me - they will get to it. But they never do. Nor do they contact me with an update, which they have now promised at least 4 people they would do. I have been ignored by the owner while simply trying to get the status of my project. Her staff tells me she will call and she does not. She ignores texts I send her, which was her requested way for us to communicate. It was a a slightly more complicated project than originally thought, but there is no way it takes anything close to this long to wash a jersey, even 30 times. The owner told me the sewing would take about an hour, so what's the hold up??? Unfortunately, it seems that unless you are the University of Oklahoma - their primary client - you get zero attention. I just want my jersey in time to wear for any game this season. They received the project August 5th after estimating it to take TWO weeks. It is now December. I have already missed the entire regular season because of this debacle. I now have (at least) one more game this year, PLEASE get me my jersey by then so I can show my Sooner spirit as I hoped to do this summer. This is borderline despicable treatment of a customer of 20+ years."
