"Derrick the store manager in Norman is terrible. I ordered my son shoes online and went to return them immediately since the size was way too small. He said he couldn’t return them even though they were brand new with packing list in it. He then offered my wife $20 for shoes we just spent $50 for online. Then he said he couldn’t return without the receipt, hello? We just bought online and have the receipt in box. Then he tried to con her into going to ups to ship back instead of taking care of the situation. Never again Champs of Norman."

"Got a nice selection in the store, nothing over the top but for goodness sake turn the music down or coach employees on projecting their voice. Couldn't hear the cashier over the music especially behind the plastic barrier."

"My son wears a 13, and they didn't have many options in his size that he liked. Clothing selection was decent, but I found some of the same options at Academy, and the Nike outlet for lower prices."

"My boyfriend went into the Norman, Ok location in the Sooner mall to purchase shoes. He asked the employee for a specific size and the associate said they had them and went to go grab them. The associate then came back and said again that they had them but couldn’t give them to him because his manager wanted them for herself… Completely unprofessional and unacceptable on the manager’s behalf. You are there to assist strictly your customers, not for your own benefit. 0/10"

"I had the most incredible buying experience I’ve ever had in this store. A young man named Andrew was there to answer all of my questions and had some spot on suggestions. He legitimately knew about any and every shoe I could think of. This man deserves to be recognized by management and should honestly be considered for that role himself. I will return and purchase all of my shoes here just because of Andrew. Thanks Andrew you’re the best!"
