"Recently visited on 3/16/24. The place smells like a wet litter box. The carpet is atrocious. I know gamestops aren't elegant places but cmon how are you supposed to retain customers. If this is a corporate gamestop it needs to be shut down. They are frequently closed during normal business hours. The staff acts and conveys that they wish, they were somewhere else than working and helping customers. The staff wasn't even knowledgeable about their own stores sales, which weren't clearly labeled. Again need to be shutdown."

"Was visiting chickasha this weekend . We wanted to go to gamestop. First what store opens at 11 on a Saturday? So we left come by the store a few minutes later opened so we had one more place to go before we went there and when we come back it was closed it was like 20 after 11 am. Come on people do better than that hire people to help or something you can't always be low on staff. Also 1 person can run the store . And I do belive my husband is calling corporate office there was absolutely no reason to not be opened on a Saturday. Do better gamestop in chickasha ."

"I was cool with this store until today Today is release day of the PS portal and the store is closed. A sign on the door stating, "Due to Staffing issues the store will be closing at 6pm. Never, ever should you be closed on a release day. This store always has a sign from time to time with issues and it's not good business for this city. You guys need to be better and be available. I'm seriously pissed. Just lost my business. Headed to Norman from now on."

"The staff was exceptionally helpful, and answered all my questions with ease.they knew their merchandise and and had excellent sales going on. They also had a large variety of inventory. The prices were very reasonable."
