"This business does excellent work. We wanted to order something a bit different than what the school had offered for the large chenille back name patch on my son's letterman jacket. The Custom Chenille Patches website is easy to navigate and offers the opportunity to choose very specific colors for the name patch, and try different combinations to see an example of what the colors would look like together. My son chose a basic College Font without any embellishments, but they have several fonts to choose from and some fun extra add-on options. You can also select a 2-felt or 3-felt combination (we chose to do the 3-felt configuration, which is $5 more). We needed it within a fairly tight time frame in order to get it submitted to Jostens in time to have it added to the jacket during production, so I sent an email to ask about this. Alan very kindly replied and told me that they could accommodate us if I put a reminder in the Notes section when placing the order. I also made a request about the spacing of the letters. The completed patch ended up arriving even sooner than expected and it is beautifully done! It will look amazing on the jacket. They are reasonably priced for this type of work and we really appreciated the customer service and the attention to detail. I highly recommend them!"
