"I went to them on December 21, 2022. I waited a few months and didn’t receive a bill. Then on JUNE 12, 2023, approximately 6 months later, I got a surprise bill! Nobody anticipates to be billed for services SIX months later. 1-2 months after the date of service should be a reasonable amount of time to bill patients."

"The office staff answering the phones are rude and will hang up on you whenever they want. If you cancel your appointment, they may or may not make note of it and then call you to confirm it even after you cancelled. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. I used to see Dr. Mosburg for nearly half of my life but after I changed insurances, they would not let me see her anymore and said I was not an established patient. When I called the other day, the attitude of the individual on the phone was enough to remind me why I stopped going here. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. Thank me later. There is no reason to be rude to people on the phone. There are better places to go, and you will be treated with respect."
