"I had an incredible experience with Dr. Matthew Ozment, my eye doctor. He was not only personable, but he made me feel valued and not just like a number. I had plenty of questions, and he answered them with a genuine human touch, almost like a caring uncle rather than a robot. It was truly amazing, and I rarely write reviews, but I believe in giving credit where it's due. The staff was just as phenomenal as Dr. Matthew, and it’s greatly appreciated!! Highly recommended!"

"Just had our 2nd family eye exams here, and I would highly recommend this office. The front staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Ozment seems like he really cares and actually takes the time to explain images and results to you. The only downside is it can take 2 to 4 weeks to get your glasses, but we've been happy with their quality."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever. Took almost 8 weeks to get my glasses and when I arrived to pick up was told 'we had them here for a while but just kept overlooking them'. Seriously? To make the issue more aggravating the glasses were wrong! I am partially blind and require a totally blacked out lens but they said a 'tinted' lens was the best they could do. Rubbish! The glass I walked in with from last years visit did have an occluded lens so I don't buy the 'best we could do' excuse. I refused the glasses and told them to delete me from their system. If you choose to use these 'professionals'; buyer beware!"

"Our entire family used this office this year. All around good experience at this office! The techs were super patient and friendly with our young kids. Dr. Ozment was knowledgeable and took time to explain things to each of us at our levels. Shakayla went above and beyond to help my husband troubleshoot his progressive lenses and to help each of us get our glasses fitting well. We will definitely be back next year!"
