"I always get in quickly and the front desk is very helpful and polite! Dr Danielle is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and acts like she cares. If you need something, she tries to get it to you quickly. Her explanations of meds is very thorough and easy to understand. I've always had a good experience with this clinic! They all need a raise!"
"These people let me down when I needed them most. Their website (DocuSign integration) is broken, so you cannot register online, you have to register in person. Online it says the office is open until 6. I left work early to register in person so I could then make an appointment, but I arrived right at 4:30 only to learn that patient registration closes at 4:30. No one there seemed to care. The security guard recommended that I go somewhere else for help."
"By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I received a call saying my chart was setup and activated and for me to call back to make an appointment. The woman answering the dental department phone was insanely rude, stating "I'm not sure who would have called you to let you know your chart was set up, but we are currently only taking children patients." Did I make up that someone called me? Also, update your website! Beyond frustrating."
"1 star is too nice. I've been going here all my life never been late to an appointment. Today it's below freezing traffic was bad even though I left with enough time to be there on time. I was late by 15 minutes. They told me we can see if you can still be seen and if not we will reschedule you. Waited for an entire hour to be seen after dealing the the mental health front desk ladies horrible attitude. Asked to be reschedule she told me "you can't reschedule this appointment since you missed it you have to fill out another request form" you couldn't tell me that at the beginning? Thanks for wasting my time. I waited almost 3 months for this appointment I'm not coming back to do this all over again especially with the horrible attitude from that woman at the front of the mental health department. Good job, Way to make people who already have mental health issues feel even worse about it! Some serious training needs to be done? Thank God I can still get my prescriptions through primary care without dealing with that part of the facility."
