My provider, Betsy Matthew, was intelligent and listened to my concerns. "Front desk help is not helpful very rude and nasty mannerism would not refer for the simple fact is it is their job to answer the phone and give polite directions when you are not doing that what are you here for folks have everyday troubles last thing they need is someone answering the phone being rude when we are simply just needing small information!"
