"Itzel Romo (Daniella) is amazing! Ive been having trouble with my menstrual cycle and she was able to do bloodwork and let me know that i have PCOS which explains SO much! She is always very kind and truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend seeing her! Melisa the MA, always makes me feel comfortable with my fear of needles and flu/covid testing. She takes everything at my pace and im very appreciative. Sam at the front desk is nice and always returns my phone calls in a timley manner."

"Raven was fired by the practice owner who hasn’t let patients know (even when they’ve called multiple times). She’s now at cultivate strength on 15th for the other zebras that can’t just see any NP. To the owner of the practice, you have harmed people. You cut off any contact with any provider when I had no refills left. I’m ok now, but I assure you at least one of her patients is not. There’s regulations for how this is done for a reason whether you chose to educate yourself on them or not and I hope you experience some consequences for not following them. It’s unfair that only those you’ve profited from should suffer here. In reply to the reply, I’ve called multiple times and been sent straight to the triage line no matter what button I press with no return calls. That is in no way informing clients or maintaining continuity of care. In fact a pharmacy is who let me know Raven wasn’t with the practice and that’s why I wasn’t getting meds."

"This was a 5 Star experience for me. Raven was by far the best doctor I've ever had! She genuinely saved my life on more than 1 occasion when others wouldn't listen. She is kind, considerate, down to earth, and incredibly dedicated. My diagnosis was such a hard and rare one, I couldn't have been gifted a better doctor. Only using 3 stars due to the fact she was let go. I will be following her at all costs, this place was so worth it with Raven. I'm going to miss you so much!"

She’s the first person to see all of my problems as a whole picture and was able to give me answers that I’ve struggled to find my whole life.
