"Update: I went ahead and paid this bill for products and services that were either not received by me or that were returned. Dont let these people refer you to any other business thinking their in your network. You will need to check for yourself or have to pay out of pocket if they're not. They simply could care less. This business referred me to what I believed was Aerocare, a medical supply company in my insurers network. The business is actually called Vitacare which is not in network. It definitely seems like these people's loyalty lies completely with their vendor(s) and your care and finances play second fiddle. Avoid this place like the plague"

"Ratings are low for good reason at this place!! I do not recommend going here. I had my sleep study over a yr ago and I have called several times to see about getting my cpap machine, I usually speak to a man and he transfers me over to Norman Regional equipment. The equipment place never answers and I have to leave a message and never get a response. After waiting two weeks after leaving my last message I called the sleep study clinic today and the same man that I have spoken to before was rude and talking over me and would not let me talk. He said the reason they didn't follow up with me is because I never picked up my machine, I didn't pick it up because the equipment place wouldn't call me back. And he also said he couldn't/wouldn't help me because once my sleep study was done and they sent the paperwork over to the equipment place they did their part they were pretty much done with me. Now he tells me I need to schedule another appt. At the sleep study clinic because it's been over a yr. My hands are tied I GIVE UP!! All I wanted to know was if I went to the sleep study clinic again how would things change from not going in circles again. I am going to get my records and go elsewhere. This experience has been a joke!!"

"I saw Dr. Eagle several times at Oklahoma Sleep Associates. Each time she refused to listen me and focused on pushing me into buying a BPAP and ASV machine instead of focusing on the problem. I took 3 sleep studies and waited 4-6 weeks between each one for results. Later found out the my diaphragm was paralyzed do to an neurological autoimmune disease which was causing breathing problems. I consistently told her that she needed to research my condition and communicate with my neurologist. In the end all that it took to diagnose my problem was to lay flat on a table while anther (competent) doctor observed be breathing. Then a quick x-ray type test to confirm. I told Dr. Eagle numerous times that the issue was related to my neurological-autoimmune disease but she just wanted to push me into a sleep apnea machine."

"I seen this place probably 6 years back. Had a HUGE disagreement with the billing department about payment. They tried to get me to pay $170+ for taxes. I talked to my insurance and they said you don’t owe for taxes. They signed an agreement to accept what we pay. They, this company, told me my machine wasn’t portable thus I had to pay for taxes. Researched the statement and sent them loads of documentation that it was in fact portable. Then why in my instruction booklet does it say “take on airplane”, “take camping”, optional portable battery can be connected? If it you aren’t paying the taxes then we aren’t supporting you on this machine. Haven’t heard from them since. Will NEVER use them again. Told my doctor about them as well."

"I was referred to this business by another. I was billed for the first consultation ($70). I made the appointment for the study. Later the same day they called and said my insurance wouldn't cover this clinic. I canceled the appointment. They had several days before the first visit to tell me that. I have no problem paying for something useful, but $70 for the appointment."
