"The lady I saw seemed condescending. She basically questioned medications I had been on for 8 years and then pawned me back off on another doctor to manage my medication without addressing my mental health concerns. She said she was changing a medication but never called it to the pharmacy. I have left a message and tried waiting through their impossible hold time to speak to someone, but not gotten through to an actual person. Feeling duped by another mental health provider at this point..... it is just a dance they do to get the $$$. Update: Pharmacy finally got prescription 4 days later."

"Hi, I called to let you guys know I can not make an appointment tomorrow as I have a surprise visit from my grandsons from KY. I thought a 24 hour notice was plenty of time. I understand it's a 48 hr. notice instead and I will be charged a cancelation fee. I understand this is common practice for less than 24hours BUT since I already have such a large bill that isn't covered by insurance and that stresses me out in itself. I feel like this extra charge is unnecessary since I did try to call earlier and could not get through. You guys have the worst phone system anywhere. I was literally on hold 49 minutes a few weeks ago when I called. Anyway, I come in for therapy bc I need help processing and handling things like this. The last thing I need is the added stress of even more of a bill when I can't make it in. Thanks but no thanks. I'll be looking elsewhere for service. Sincerely Rachel Emmerson PS. "I had a well-rounded, pleasant experience with my initial telehealth appointment. My provider, Jennifer Dunning, was thorough, knowledgeable, and communicated well with me about the plan of care, recommendations, and referrals. I would refer a friend!"

"My doctor cancelled my appointment the day before FIVE TIMES on me, several times without notifying me ahead of time that our meeting was cancelled. I ended up having to find a new doctor at a different practice because mine at LifeStance wouldn't show up to our appointments, and then they would reschedule me a month out, so I wasn't seeing my doctor as frequently as I needed to. The company also overbilled me $175 that they refuse to return to me even months after I have left the practice. They also don't answer their phone, so good luck if you need a prescription refilled or a schedule change."
