"It was very difficult finding a dermatologist who would take a referral in my town of Norman, Oklahoma but l found a good one in Shawnee and he referred me to Dr. Bigbie for surgery back in Norman five minutes from my home. The surgery was a seamless operation. He and his nurse were the best I've had just as amazing as Dr. James Bond the Orthopedic Surgeon at Ortho Central. Dr. Bigbie relieved my most difficult concern. Since l am traveling out of the country for work he told me that should more skin problems arise, he would bring me in the clinic when I returned to Norman for a biopsy and surgery to get me back on the road to Europe and Houston as quickly as possible. I did not want to take a chance on another surgeon. I have had a terrible experience with another orthopedic surgeon in Norman. I loved his nurse. There are no PAs in this clinic I was told, only Dr. Bigbie. I only had to wait one week to have my stitches removed. And very important to me the chairs in the waiting room were leather and extremely comfortable. Big windows on two sides of the waiting room. The Skin Cancer Clinic was perfectly located near the Chase Bank in West Norman. He was definitely patient oriented and the music in every room was really soothing. Don't go anywhere else. You will regret it."

"I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my face today via the MOHS procedure and everyone, from the front desk staff to the nurses to the surgeon, were extremely friendly and professional. I was very nervous to have this procedure done, and everyone made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure room is comfortable, they play nice music and engage in fun conversation during the procedure which is awesome! The whole process was very efficient, however I never felt rushed. Dr. Bigbie and his staff took the time to answer all of my questions and fully explain everything to me. As someone in my 30's, I was very nervous about scarring (seeing as my basal cell was on my face) and was very pleased to see that the incision was tiny. I was also told that there shouldn't be a noticable scar once healed, which is great! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing to have this procedure done!"
