"I have never had such utter disregard for care of my condition. First time I went was not with the doctor who I was referred to see so it was a worthless visit. They were able to get me in two weeks later. Then they put me on an infusion treatment and after three treatments saw no improvement. Then they said they wanted to keep going which is unacceptable to me. I begged for medications I know help to try and abate my constant pain but they wouldn't listen. Now I'm getting charged ridiculous amounts for these treatments that didn't work. Go elsewhere if you have a chance."

"My doctor sent a referral to the dermatologist May of 2023. I couldn’t get a response from them when trying to schedule an appointment so my primary had to send a referral elsewhere. It’s been 10 months and now they call to schedule me an appointment. Completely unresponsive, unorganized, and unprofessional. Ridiculous."

"Just take your business elsewhere. I’ll be posting this on Indeed and Glassdoor with even more detail in case it gets taken down here. As someone who worked here for 5 years as part of the clinical staff, I will say do not give this place your business if you have other options available to you. The providers are all great and I’d recommend them all so I hate saying this. Previous general manager was amazing. Everything went downhill when new management and director came in a few months ago. Talking to the director made me feel as if I were in high school again. A lot of staff is overworked which a lot of the time impacts patient care negatively. If this new management decides they don’t like you they’ll find reasons and make it their goal to give you the boot. Especially from an employee standpoint, it’s just not worth being in such a toxic environment when there are so many better options out there."

"This relates to cosmetic laser treatments. Be cautious. Had been going for a few visits and had a new tech. It was much more painful and she had different care instructions. I had multiple broken capillaries on my chest. When I asked the doctor she said it looked like someone hit me and took no responsibility. I got a second opinion from a plastic surgeon who said no doubt it was the laser used incorrectly. Two years later I can barely be outside even with heavy sunscreen when it’s hot, as broken capillaries still happen all over my chest. Has ruined several vacations because of this. May be a lifetime result. Very frustrating and inexcusable."

"Waited almost no time, even though i checked in almost 10 mins late. I was out of the building in less than 30 minutes. I didnt feel rushed, and they explained all to me (they were seeing my 2yr old) (he wasnt happy about not them not having a candy bowl as all drs do). Building is nice, clean modern. The staff were really nice. Dr. Baroi and his resident let me know what to expect for the next appointment."
