"I went to this place for at least 4 years. Wasn’t till recent they seemed to have a decline on customer service. I called 4 times and left 3 messages last Tuesday to get an appointment on the following Monday at 9:45am. 11am I got tired of waiting, left and currently almost out of a different clinic with help given in a timely matter. I’d recommend this place again if they change how patient service is handled."

"They double book appointments, advertise walk in appointments but do not actually do walk in appointments, and cannot complete referrals reasonably. Staff is rude. The doctor will not call you back (according to the nurse "it is not going to happen. He doesn't call patients." Getting an appointment is harder/more painful than pulling teeth. The office manager will literally tell you to call in a complaint against the doctors license but will try to protect the nurses.....They called me and requested that I call the insurance company instead of communicating like they should be. They were told to do a referral on Tuesday. Thursday I called for an update and it wasn't even started yet. They submitted it after I called. They don't do referrals on Fridays. Only one nurse does referrals. No one else can complete them. 7-10 days average is what they tell you, then they make excuses why it didn't happen in 7-10 days. "Your insurance makes things difficult, we can only do what we can do each day, you need to be patient." Complications? Their response, "go to the ER.""

"I began taking my daughters to allcare after moving from Tulsa to Kellyville about 3 years ago. The staff is awesome and always gets my girls right in, even same day if I need It! Dr.Blackstad is great, always listens and seems to truly care about his patients well being! Thank you guys for wonderful service!"
