"I went to Dr. Thuy Nguyen for continued care when I moved to the state. The first appointment went well, but the second was a nightmare. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and nobody was there to check me in; I waited, waited, and waited, and eventually the entire appointment time was gone before she came to start the appointment. I had even tried calling the office to get ahold of her before she showed up. She was confused as to why I was frustrated and even more confused as to why I was angry I took off work to come to this appointment. I'm just so disappointed in everything that took place after; she was not sorry for missing my appointment and all she cared about before terminating the session was finding out whether or not I was suicidal. If you want quality mental health care and a provider who cares about your wellbeing, this is not the place for you."
